On the Edge Dance Studio treats every student as an individual. Students of all levels and abilities receive the instruction and encouragement they need to grow as both a dancer and an individual.
Centrally located in Historic downtown Jamesburg, On the Edge offers after school, evening and Saturday classes for school age children as well as morning and early afternoon classes for toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Students may audition for the competition team In 2006 The On the Edge Dance Team qualified and competed in the National Finals of Sophisticated Productions.

Director Melanie Jones performed with The Shore Ballet Company and Dance in the Park. She has appeared in Dance Magazine. Her dance training began at the age of two at Stage Door Dance and continued with the NJ Ballet and Theatre Ensemble, and Montclair State University.
